MMM Day 1

Here we go again!  This time, I don’t want to hear any complaining about the poses.  You know who you are!

This is another Simplicity 2005 that I finished yesterday.  It’s the leftover flannel from my Decades of Style Kitchenette Pajamas.  Every gal who lives up north needs some pretty flannel blouses!

Today is also day 1 of the Briar Rose vintage knit-a-long.  Even though I haven’t finished the math needed to grade the armhole shaping, I will be casting on today.  It will take me a while to get to the armhole, so I might as well start working now.

I often do the same thing with sweaters, truth be told!

Love the blouse! You’re right about flannel. It’s something missing from my wardrobe. I always think of it for men’s plaid shirts and PJs, but there’s no reason I couldn’t have a nice warm blouse!

That’s such a lovely collar on that top! I’ve seen that type of collar on a few things lately and think I need to try my hand at making a pretty top like yours!

    And I like your posing!
