Self Stitched September

We are one week away from the start of Self Stitched September.  You can read more about it at http://sozowhatdoyouknow.blogspot.com/2010/05/join-me-self-stitched-september.html and there is now a Flickr group, http://www.flickr.com/groups/1473445@N22/.  I’m really looking forward to it.  My me-made wardrobe has expanded greatly over the summer and I’ve been brutal about weeding out my store-bought garments that I no longer wear.  I have no bought a single item of store-bought clothing, other than socks and under garments, since I began the Me-Made-May challenge.  I think I will be buying a few more cardigans, because I got rid of some worn-out ones and my knitting is too slow to keep pace with my need.  I will be out of town for several days during the first week of September, but I will try to take pictures every day.  Please let me know if you will be participating in SSS!

I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I can fit the time in in-between household chores and duties.
