Another Simplicity 1528

Here is view 1 from Simplicity 1527.  It’s funny, although this blouse is much more common to the period, seen in lots of movies, catalogs, pictures, ect, it just doesn’t feel as 30s as the other blouse I made from this pattern.  It’s possible that all the ruffles on the other one put it into the 30’s Over The Top category.  This one was supposed to have a gathered ruffle on the collar and cuff, but I had to use all the solid cream for the pleats on the other blouse.  I’ll probably make more of this blouse and will do ruffles on future blouses.
